My name is Candace Sewell. I have been a therapist for over three years. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience in substance use and mental health disorders. I offer a new and unique perspective on counseling and working with clients.
My goal is for you to reach and achieve your full potential. “I have always loved working with people and watching them come into the person they ultimately want to be for their lives.” I have been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, PersonCentered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2017. I have been in practice as a licensed mental health therapist since 2017. My goal is to help my clients to gain more self-awareness by providing insight as well as tools to successfully work through life challenges.
I utilize concepts such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness. I have experience in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, stress management, relationship, and family conflict.
